Yoga and Ecstatic Dance Party
led by Yogi Prem

Ecstatic Dance 9-12 pm
~ We invite all of our friends to join us and celebrate fluid movement. Yogi will guide us through a series of Vinyasas and teaching some Acro Yoga poses as well (if you haven’t tried this yet, now is your chance…super fun.) Followed by Ecstatic dance party to live music. Bring your musical instruments, hula hoops, and open hearts to celebrate free form dancing with friends!~
*We are asking for a $10 donation for either/ $15 for both.
